Foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan are planning to coordinate a statement on Karabakh, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said  during a weekly briefing.  "On the eve of the opening of the OSCE  Ministerial Meeting in Milan, December 5, that is, today- a meeting  of the Armenian and Azerbajanii FMs on the Nagorno-Karabakh  settlement mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group is scheduled", Zakharova  said, noting that the corresponding announcement had already been  made a couple of days ago.

The Armenian National Committee of America commented on the statement made by US National Security Advisor to the President John Bolton on Artsakh.   Thus, according to the statement of the structure received by  ArmInfo, the ANCA will oppose any/all reckless "Madrid" style deals  that call on Artsakh to make up-front and irrevocable strategic and  territorial concessions in return for vague, deferred and reversible,  promises from Azerbaijan about Artsakh's possible future status.
